Man critical after shooting on Indy’s south side

INDIANAPOLIS – Police are investigating after a man was critically injured in a shooting on Indy’s south side Saturday morning.

According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, just after 2:30 a.m., officers were called to the 3200 block of St Paul Street on the report of a person shot.

When officers arrived, they located an adult male with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital in critical condition, police say.

No additional information was released.
