Pierce recorded one reception on two targets for nine yards in Sunday’s 27-24 win over the Steelers. Pierce has produced through big plays early this season, as he’s tallied three catches of more than 40 yards in four games. He got one deep target from Joe Flacco just before halftime against the Steelers, but he was well covered by Donte Jackson and the pass fell incomplete. Pierce will likely have productive games due to his explosive potential, but he’ll be an inconsistent contributor.
