In an incident happened late Thursday on the outskirts of Indianapolis, a 14-year-old boy was critically injured in a hit-and-run incident. According to WTHR, the accident occurred just before 10 p.m. on the 1100 block of North Cumberland Road. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department reported that Wilberto Rivera was riding his bicycle when he was struck by a vehicle that then proceeded to quickly leave the scene.
