INDIANAPOLIS – IMPD arrested a 17-year-old suspect last week in connection with a September shooting on Indianapolis’ south side. The shooting was reported around 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26 in the 8500 block of Madison Avenue, near East Stop 12 Road. Responding officers found a man who had been shot.
