SPEEDWAY, Ind. – Police in Speedway are investigating after a 28-year-old man was found fatally shot inside a car overnight. Around 12:15 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, officers in the area of West 10th and North Norfolk streets, just west of North Lynhurst Drive, heard gunshots coming from the 1100 block of North Norfolk Street.
