INDIANAPOLIS – IMPD announced the arrest of a third teen suspect in connection with a deadly March shooting on the east side of Indianapolis. On Friday, Oct. 25, the department said it had arrested a 19-year-old man on preliminary charges in connection with the homicide of 25-year-old Addam Hart.
