INDIANAPOLIS – A teenager has died after a shooting on the far east side of Indianapolis Thursday evening. Shortly after 7:30 p.m. Oct. 31, officers responded to the 11500 block of Brook Crossing Lane, which is in a neighborhood near East 21st Street and North Cumberland Road, on a report of a person shot.
