Caitlin Clark is enjoying her first WNBA offseason following her record-breaking Rookie of the Year campaign as an All-Star point guard for the Indiana Fever.
The WNBA’s No. 1 overall pick is away from the court for a while, but that’s not stopping her from taking in some college basketball as a spectator.
On Monday night, Clark made the trip to Hinkle Fieldhouse for the Butler Bulldogs’ 2024-25 season debut against the visiting Missouri State Bears.
Clark’s boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, joined Thad Matta’s Butler staff as an assistant coach earlier this offseason. Before taking this new job, McCaffery served as Basketball Development Coordinator for the Indiana Pacers.
Clark sat next to Connor’s younger brother Jack, a 4-star power forward committed to join Butler as a recruit in the 2025 class. Patrick McCaffery joined the Bulldogs for his final season of college eligibility after a five-year career with the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Clark’s appearance at Hinkle Fieldhouse is all over social media on Monday night.
