INDIANAPOLIS – An Indianapolis man is charged with murder and feticide in the death of a pregnant woman Dec. 30, 2024, on the city’s south side. Regulus Baka, 22, was arrested by a SWAT team while sleeping in his parents’ apartment in Greenwood. He is charged with killing 19-year-old Sha’Naiya Nicole McDonald in her apartment in the 7800 block of Ella Dobbs Lane, near Madison Avenue and East Stop 11 Road.
