1 dead, 1 injured in shooting on Ralston Ave
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Two people were wounded, one of them fatally, in a Tuesday morning shooting just south of the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called to the 3600 block of Ralston Avenue around 9:40 a.m. to investigate a person shot. That’s in a neighborhood just off the intersection of East 38th Street and Fall Creek Parkway North Drive on the city’s near north side.
Officers arrived and located two people suffering gunshot wounds. Both were rushed to a hospital, one in critical and one in stable condition. IMPD said a short time later that the victim in critical condition did not survive…
