Teenager Arrested after Armed Robbery at Gas Station

I INDIANAPOLIS — A 17-year-old was arrested Wednesday after an armed robbery at a gas station, which was on Indianapolis’ northeast side.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says officers arrived at the gas station, which is on Pendleton Pike, near Shadeland Avenue. They say the teenager hit a woman in the face using a gun. Officers found the woman, who was injured.

“She was stable, but thankfully, officers were able to get her the medical care that she needed and preserve the crime scene at the same time,” IMPD Officer Drew Brown says…
