Franklin couple’s home flooded in storm
FRANKLIN, Ind. (WISH) — Johnson County was hit by devastating floods Friday and Saturday, but it’s not the first time the area has seen record rainfall.
Rebecca and Lance White are lifelong Franklin residents and have lived in their home for nearly 60 years. The recent rainfall knocked out their power and left them without heat for at least 24 hours.
“I have a disabled mother in here,” Rebecca White said. “I have a disabled son in here, so being without hot water and heat, it’s a real challenge.”…
