First Alert Forecast: A few chances for showers, up-and-down temperatures this week

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – On Monday, a few light rain showers are possible, mostly along a cold front that is expected to pass through between noon and 7pm. There may be a stray thunderstorm, but no concern for severe weather, and there will be plenty of dry time on Monday. Morning temperatures on Monday will be in the upper 40s with afternoon highs in the mid 60s.

Tuesday morning, a stray shower will linger, but beyond lunchtime is dry. The day will be cooler and breezy, afternoon highs around 50 with wind gusts up to 40mph at times.

Afternoon high temperatures will slowly climb through the 50s and 60s by the end of the work week…
