Indy man arrested for attempted murder after shooting leaves victim nearly blind

INDIANAPOLIS – An Indianapolis man is behind bars after he was accused of attempted murder following a shooting on Indy’s near northeast side that left another man nearly blind.

Court records did not explain a motive for the shooting, but like a lot of shooting survivors, the victim suffered lifelong health problems because of the violence.

In middle of the night in late January near 30th and Olney, police were called after a man was shot and critically wounded inside his own home…
