ROSSVILLE, Ind. — An Indiana man was arrested after allegedly breaking into 25 cars.
On Friday, April 18, just before 11 p.m., the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office said deputies took a complaint from a person who said someone had been caught going through their car in Rossville.
