Deputies Arrest Man for Residential Entry

PITTSBORO, Ind. — Deputies with the Hendricks County Sheriff’s Offices arrived on East County Road 750 North early Saturday around 6:30 because of a burglary in progress.

A person in a home said he came out of his bedroom and saw a man sleeping on his floor, and that’s when he left his home and called police.

When police arrived, they tried talking to the suspect by using a PA system, which was in their car. About two and a half hours later, the man finally left the home, and he was taken to Hendricks County Jail. The man was identified as 18-year-old Nicholas L. Johnson.
