Indianapolis fugitive arrested in Memphis by MPD, U.S Marshals

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – An Indianapolis fugitive was arrested in Memphis, according to U.S. Marshals.

James Wingo was arrested by U.S Marshals and the Memphis Police Department on Front Street on Monday.
