INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Some Indianapolis homeowners are pushing back against what they’re calling a land grab by the city.

The dispute centers around the Monon Trail . There’s a proposed expansion that could take large portions of private backyards. Plans call for the trail to expand 4 feet, 2 feet on each side at a cost of $13.5 million. News 8 first reported about the controversy on Tuesday.
