INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Two years after the fatal robbery of Elijah Martin on Indy’s northside, two men have been convicted for their roles in his death. The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office says the trial lasted three days.
Jeremiah Shanks and Adrian Bond were found guilty of robbery resulting in serious bodily injury and armed robbery. Shanks was also found guilty of two counts of murder and possessing a firearm while being a serious violent felon.
