INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — State police are investigating after a man was shot while driving on Interstate 465 on the city’s east side Thursday morning.
State troopers and local police were dispatched just after 6 a.m. to a shooting on southbound I-465, just north of the exit ramp to I-70.
