INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Big Bear Shaved Ice, owned by Brian Lambert, will be making its debut at the prestigious Juneteenth Foodways Festival held at the President Benjamin Harrison site.
The festival is known for its selectivity, emphasizing heritage and cultural significance, and Big Bear Shaved Ice is excited to participate for the first time. The event features vendors who incorporate historical recipes and flavors into their offerings, celebrating the rich cultural history associated with Juneteenth.
“We’re really blessed to be a part of it this year,” Brian Lambert said. “It’s why I started this business about a year ago. In my previous profession, it was really depressing. And so this is bringing happiness to people.”…
