Indy man sentenced to over 3 years in prison for possession of a machine gun

INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man will spend over three years behind bars after pleading guilty to possessing a machine gun.

Queyoun Foulks-Smith, 20, was sentenced Thursday, May 29 to 46 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release.
