Williams pleads not guilty to reckless homicide

Fishers teenager Trey Williams, 18, pleaded not guilty June 2 in Hamilton County Circuit Court to felony reckless homicide, reckless driving and carrying false identification.

Williams initially was detained as a juvenile because the alleged crimes took place March 1, when he was still 17 years old. However, a county magistrate ruled May 30 in favor of the prosecution’s motion to waive Williams to adult court.
