INDIANA — A 17-year-old juvenile and a 21-year-old Indianapolis man were arrested in the early morning hours of June 4 following a wrong-way chase on I-69 that ended in a vehicle stop and foot pursuit, according to the Fishers Police Department.
The incident began around 2 a.m. when a Fishers police officer observed a vehicle entering I-69 at 96th Street using the exit ramp, heading in the wrong direction.
“The FPD officer turned on their emergency lights to stop the vehicle and alert other drivers that the driver was going the wrong way,” the department said in a statement. “Once the driver got onto I-69, they turned with the flow of traffic and that’s when a pursuit ensued.”…
