INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An accidental fire in the kitchen set off a blaze which displaced 14 people from the Spanish Oaks Apartments on the far east side of Indianapolis.
The Indianapolis Fire Department says the fire broke out upstairs at the apartment complex around 5:45 p.m at 3675 Govenours Ct. IFD says unattended food on the stove started the fire.
Four apartment units were damaged which displaced 11 adults and 3 children, IFD says. There were no reported injuries…
