Long-haul Trucker Custody In Indiana And Accused Of Soliciting 12-year-old Jasper County Girl

A 41-year-old long-haul trucker from Kirbyville is being held in Indiana on allegations of online solicitation of a 12-year-old girl in Jasper County, according to Sheriff Chuck Havard.

Randy McCullough, 41, of Kirbyville, was arrested today in Indiana on a Jasper County warrant, thanks to a combined investigation including the US Marshals, FBI, Indiana State Police, and local law enforcement. He is in the Hendricks County Jail, awaiting extradition to Jasper County.

The investigation began on April 22, when the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office received an anonymous report from Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas. A concerned citizen reported inappropriate communication between a 41-year-old man and a 12-year-old girl…
