Keystone Group buys former Anthem building on Monument Circle

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Looking to revitalize the heart of Indianapolis, Keystone Group announced it has bought 120 Monument Circle. The company snagged more than 1,000,000 square-feet of vacant office space for $250 million.

120 Monument Circle used to be the headquarters of Elevance Health — previously Anthem — and will now be turned into a mix of residential, retail, and hospitality developments.

“It’s a centerpiece location in the beating heart of our city,” Keystone Group Founder Ersal Ozdemir said in a release. “Keystone will transform this currently vacant space into a vibrant hub of activity, innovation, and community in downtown Indianapolis.”…
