NORTH EAST, Md. — An Indiana woman is charged with murder and child abuse leading to death after her 3-year-old daughter went missing in Maryland.
Darrian Randle, 31, first reported her daughter, Nola Dinkins, missing on Tuesday, June 10. She made the report in New Castle County, Delaware, triggering an Amber Alert. Police say Randle told them a man kidnapped Nola at gunpoint.
