INDIANAPOLIS — Court records unsealed this week detail how police used technology to help arrest a man for murder following a deadly shooting on Indy’s west side.
The victim was sitting in the driver’s seat of her car, parked right in front of her own home on Lupine Drive, when she was shot to death by another driver.
