INDIANAPOLIS — Firefighters responded to a high-rise fire in downtown Indianapolis as flames were spotted on the roof of a seven-story hotel.
The Indianapolis Fire Department was called to the Tru by Hilton hotel at 4:40 p.m. This hotel is located just one block from Lucas Oil Stadium on Russell Avenue.
The FOX59/CBS4 tower cam showed firefighters arriving on the roof while visible flames and black smoke rose into the sky near the edge of the building.
