Judge recuses self from lawsuit case between Attorney General Rokita and SJCPD

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. — On Thursday, St. Joseph Circuit Court Judge John E. Broden submitted an order of recusal for himself regarding the lawsuit case between Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita and the St. Joseph County Police Department along with Sheriff William Redman.

On June 18, the court held a hearing on defendants, Redman, in his capacity as sheriff, and SJCPD’s motion to dismiss, where no decision had been made.
