Downtown Indy fireworks

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — It started with music. Hoosiers gathered downtown at the American Legion Mall for the third annual Fourth Fest. There was dancing and a little bit of fun. Hoosiers wore their red, white, and blue to celebrate Independence Day.
