INDIANAPOLIS — One person is dead following a crash on I-70 near mile marker 83.
According to the Indiana State Police, around 4:45 p.m. on Friday, a crash ensued after a vehicle changed lanes abruptly in front of a semi, causing the driver to brake quickly.
The semi had a flatbed trailer loaded with sheets of plywood. Once the semi suddenly braked, it caused the load to break loose from the trailer, striking the back of the semi-tractor.
