The Indianapolis City County Council is looking to issue a city -wide curfew for young Hoosiers following the mass shooting downtown over the Fourth of July.
The proposal would make it unlawful for teens between 15 – 17 years old to be in public after 5pm on Friday/Saturday nights and after 9pm Sunday – Thursday. The curfew would also include minors 14 years and younger to be home before 9pm every day of the week.
