Woman arrested for neglect after shooting – News 8 at 11
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis police have arrested a 32-year-old woman after a shooting left a man in critical condition.
While responding to a large disturbance Thursday involving more than 50 people on Meadows Way, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers heard the sound of gunshots and found a man shot in a parking lot blocks away.
Police tracked a blood trail to an apartment where they found an armed juvenile. Candice Strayhorn was inside the apartment with six other juveniles. Police say she’s the legal guardian of at least one of the them…
