Police: Indy Mother Tried to Sell Access to Infant Daughter for $400

INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis mother is charged with felony sex trafficking after police say she tried to sell off her infant daughter to a man for sex in exchange for $400.

Morgan D. Stapp, 32, was arrested this week at a home in the 2400 block of Union Street on the near south side of the city. Stapp was officially charged last week in Marion County court with attempted child sexual trafficking – a level 2 felony.

The FBI began investigating Stapp last November after receiving reports of attempted sex trafficking on Snapchat. The app said that the user “morgan-stapp,” reportedly included three photos of Stapp’s 7-month-old daughter with one message reading, “U can f**k her for 400$.”…
