INDIANAPOLIS — Four individuals were arrested on the northwest side of Indianapolis after a firearms-related investigation by the Indiana Crime Guns Task Force.
According to a news release from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, task force investigators reportedly saw 22-year-old Winston Pearson carrying a black handgun in his waistband near the 4600 block of Moller Road on July 17.
The department alleges that Pearson, who had recently been released from prison, was threatening individuals with violence.
Pearson was reportedly seen entering a vehicle with three other individuals, identified by IMPD as 26-year-old Ameer Davis, 25-year-old Anthony Sandifer and 23-year-old Jonathan Helm. As officers “attempted to contain the vehicle,” Sandifer, the driver of the car, fled the area…
