WAYNE COUNTY, Indiana (WKEF) — A month after an investigation was launched to find a three-year-old girl whose grandmother withheld her from her custodial guardian, she has been found.
In June, Wayne County deputies informed the community of a missing three-year-old named Arianna Mullin. Authorities explained that the child was at the center of a custodial battle between her custodial guardian and her maternal grandmother.
As previously covered, the final custodial agreement, deputies said, ordered Anna Mullin, 66, Arianna’s grandmother, to turn the child over into the hands of her custodial parent. After the ruling was made, Arianna was never returned, and she, along with her grandmother, was missing…
