Indianapolis families will have access to free health services, lead testing and family-friendly activities during two upcoming community events in August.
From 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 7, the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis will host a No-Cost Vaccination & Lead Testing Clinic in partnership with the Marion County Public Health Department and the NAACP. The event, held during the museum’s First Thursday Night, offers $6 general admission and free parking.
Families can receive routine and back-to-school vaccinations, as well as free lead testing for children. In addition to the clinic, attendees will have access to live exhibits, the food court and museum activities.
