INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana has been ranked as the state with the best road quality in the United States, according to a recent report from the U.S. News and World Report.
The ranking, based on data from the Federal Highway Administration, measured the percentage of road miles in poor condition across all 50 states. Indiana, long known as the Crossroads of America, topped the list with the lowest percentage of deteriorated roadways.
