A Fishers man faces a felony charge of sexual battery for allegedly groping a woman as she was walking near the Gray Eagle neighborhood the evening of Aug. 10.
Daniel Nevins remained in custody at Hamilton County Jail as of 10 a.m. Aug. 12. According to online court records, he had an initial hearing Aug. 11 and bail was set at $5,000.
