Eskenazi Health hosts second Community Day Health Fair
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Despite the heat and chances of a pop-up storm, people on the east side of Indianapolis got a healthy start to their weekend.
That’s because WISH-TV, along with other community partners, sponsored an Eskenazi Health Community Day Health Fair on Saturday. The fair was held on the Eskenazi Health Thomas and Arlene Grande Campus, which is just over a year old. It serves as a one-stop shop for people needing multiple heath screenings and medical care.
Parents were able to have their schoolchildren vaccinated for free. There were also free book bags for the kids, games, a bounce house, and food for all. Participants also got to see what mental health resources are available…
