(WXIN/WTTV) — A former Indiana Department of Child Services employee faces felony charges after allegedly making up family visits and lying on child abuse records.
Brianna Spillman, 30, was arrested Monday and charged with 16 counts of official misconduct and falsifying records. Court records show Spillman worked at the Hendricks County DCS office from July 2023 until late last year.
Officials began investigating Spillman in November 2024 after she resigned from her position as Family Case Manager.
