INDIANA — Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted on multiple domestic violence-related charges.
Joseph Stamper Jr., a 5-foot-10, 170-pound Caucasian male with brown hair and blue eyes, is wanted for failing to appear in court on charges that include two counts of domestic battery and two counts of strangulation.
