INDIANAPOLIS — Metro Police are continuing to crack down on illegal street takeovers across central Indiana. Over the weekend, police broke up three separate spinning events, which led to eight people getting arrested.
Police said people were taking part in illegal spinning events where cars do burnouts or donuts surrounded by crowds and other cars.
