INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA – A routine shopping trip turned into a life-or-death emergency when a woman overdosed inside a Dollar Tree store, leaving stunned customers scrambling to revive her. The incident was caught on TikTok video, which quickly went viral and drew widespread reactions online.

In the video, the woman—wearing a skirt and pink tank top—can be seen slumped on the floor of the store aisle, her head hanging between her legs. At first, bystanders appeared confused, unsure if she was having a medical emergency or something else.
It soon became clear the woman had suffered an overdose. One shopper stepped in with Narcan, an opioid-reversing spray. The Narcan was administered on the spot, and within moments the woman began to stir.
