Man sentenced to 63 years for murder
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An ice cream truck driver has been sentenced to 63 years in prison for a 2022 fatal shooting at a far east side gas station.
On Thursday, the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office announced that Darius Butts has been sentenced to 63 years in prison for the June 2022 murder of Desmond Banks that occurred at a Marathon gas station in the 9900 block of East 38th Street.
