Indianapolis city leaders table youth curfew violation fine proposal, say more discussion needed

INDIANAPOLIS — There is an ongoing debate about how to hold parents accountable when their kids break curfew in Indianapolis.

City-County Councilors believe fines could help curb youth violence, but cannot agree how much that should be. Right now, there are no fines.
