INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana State Police found drugs and bombs inside a Broad Ripple home during the arrest of an interstate shooting suspect last week, according to court filings.
Investigators tracked 19-year-old Logan Quisenberry to the rental home in the 6100 block of Indianola Avenue.
On Sept. 11, troopers arrested Quisenberry in the driveway of the home. During a search of the property, investigators found four “improvised explosive devices” as well as the materials to make them. The bomb squad had to be called in to render them safe…
