Animal rights group files complaint against ISP, claims ‘inhumane’ response to accident involving 185 calves

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Animal Partisan, a national animal rights non-profit, filed a complaint against the Indiana State Police for their handling of an accident involving 185 calves.

It happened on October 7 last year. A semi-truck carrying the animals flipped over on I-65.
